Do you have a performance-bred prospect or show horse to sell, but no time to advertise him?  Or don’t know where to start?

If your horse is a proven performer or producer or was sired by an established reining, cutting or reined cow horse stallion, Electric Spin Enterprises may be able to help.  We love marketing!  From bloodline research, to helping establish a reasonable asking price, to presenting your horse in the best light, let our experience in the industry and our design expertise go to work for you.

Let us help show your horse's best features to potential buyers.
Here’s how it works:

Call or email with a little initial information about your horse: age & sex, training or show experience, asking price, plus any bloodline information you can supply: sire, dam and dam’s sire, any performance or produce earnings of the dam, second dam, etc.  Good photos will be necessary at a later date and would be great at this point.

With this info, we can talk about the different options for marketing your horse through Electric Spin Enterprises.  We’ll also do a little research with the info you’ve given and suggest a direction for your horse.  Since print magazines require a month’s notice, we may need to get started right away witha few initial classifieds for the next issue.  National and regional publications may include Quarter Horse News, NRHA Reiner, NRCHA Stock Horse News, NCHA Cutting Horse Chatter, AQHA Journal, Pacific Coast Journal, Performance Horse and others.

Below is an outline of the three ways we can help sell your horse:

Commission-based monthly fee:

$100 per month, deductible from 10% commission on final sale price. Two month minimum.
This works well for prospects or broodmares.  It may also be appropriate for any show or riding horses not already represented by a trainer or other party (detailed video necessary prior to acceptance).  The $75 monthly fee is non-refundable and charged to cover our efforts if the horse does not sell within the allotted time frame, if it somehow becomes injured and unmarketable, or if the owner decides not to sell.  However, upon the successful sale of the horse all monthly fees will be deducted from a 10% commission the seller then owes to Electric Spin. For example, if a horse sells for $10,000 in 3 months, seller would pay $700 (10% minus $300).

Advertising includes:

- web page on www.ElectricSpinEnterprises.com, including description, photos, detailed pedigree information, performance record, and video clip if available.

- placement of all classified web and print ads. Your horse will appear in 2-4 national magazine classifieds each month and on 3-5 popular web sites. Ads will link to your horse’s personal page with additional photos and video clip(s).

- colour flyer, magazine quality, designed for mailing to industry professionals.

Acting as seller’s agent, Electric Spin Enterprises will be the primary contact for all phone and email inquiries and will interact with potential buyers until a legitimate offer has been made and accepted, at which point the buyer and seller will finalize any additional vet checks, payment and delivery of the horse.

The seller will be charged for all actual publication, web, printing and postage costs incurred while the horse is being marketed. Monthly fee covers time spent creating ads and answering inquiries.

One-time flat fee:

$400, no commission or additional expenses
Recommended if you’d like to talk to any potential buyer directly and field all calls and emails. This works well if you have a trainer riding your horse but would like to advertise more aggressively. Also great for trainers who don’t have the time to advertise client horses in print and on the web.

Advertising includes:

- web page on www.ElectricSpinEnterprises.com, including description, photos, detailed pedigree information, performance record, and video clip if available. Your phone number would be included on the page, which will remain active until the horse is sold.

- classified ads placed for one month in the two national publications most relevant to your horse (value $100), with your phone number and a link to your horse’s individual web page

- video/photo ad on www.RideWithTheProgram.com, our premiere automated sales site for reiners, cutters and cow horses. Includes ad placement on www.DownTheFence.com, our popular reined cow horse site, if applicable. Six month ads. (Value $60.)

- photo ads purchased on the two additional proven equine web sites most relevant to your horse (value $50), with your phone number and a link to your horse’s individual web page. Three or six month ads.

Commission-based web site inclusion:

10% upon sale to referred party
This is a great option if you just want some quality web exposure for your horse, or a no-risk way to get him out there.  When potential buyers contact us, they will be given your contact information to discuss the horse further.  If a sale results from one of these referrals, 10% will be paid to Electric Spin for ‘bringing the buyer’ to you.  We reserve the right to screen horses.

Advertising includes:

- web page on www.ElectricSpinEnterprises.com, including description, photos, detailed pedigree information, performance record, and video clip if available. You can refer to this link when you place web or print ads.

- word-of-mouth advertising within the industry from Electric Spin.

If you have any questions about the three options above, please don’t hesitate to email or call 720.890.8908.  We’re glad to provide references if you’d like.  One thing you’ll find is that we are flexible; we want your horse to sell and you to be happy, so you tell your friends about Electric Spin (and come back yourself).
